A great deal of effort was expended preserving native trees when the communities were planned and developed; as treed communities deed restrictions are in place to preserve this appealing aspect.

Our communities have a "greenbelt" nature area running through the middle with 60 homes on the "Greens" side and 56 homes on the "Oaks" side. The HOA owned green area is approximately 9.5 acres and is home to many animal inhabitants. Some of the animals spotted in our nature area include: red tail foxes, river otters, black bears, panthers, bobcats, coyotes, whooping cranes, sandhill cranes, bald eagles, owls, hawks, ducks, and many more.

All homes were uniquely built by a number of custom home builders. There remain 11 lots available for construction of new homes.

Deed restrictions are enforced by a Board of Directors who are elected on an annual basis by the homeowners within the community.
