Per Covenant 9.02 on Enforcement: any past failure of the Longwood Green HOA to enforce the Covenants, By-Laws and restrictions of this community shall not be construed as consent to any homeowner to remain in violation, however long continuing.

The Longwood Green Homeowners Association took action to ensure that the First, Second and Third Amendment to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Longwood Green were reaffirmed and preserved pursuant to Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, (“Marketable Record Title Act”). The Notice of Preservation as recorded on May 28, 2014 with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Seminole County, Florida can be viewed HERE. Pursuant to Florida Statute 712.06(3)(b) the Notice of MRTA was published in the Sanford Herald.
