Third Amendment to Declaration of 

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

 for Longwood Green


ARTICLE I - Release of Commercial Tract


1.01 That Declarant specifically and hereby separates, deletes, and releases the following described parcel of property located and situate within the larger parcel of property described above:

TRACT "A" REPLAT-AMENDED PLAT OF LONGWOOD GREEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 56, 57 and 58 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida which parcel contains approximately l.700735 acres and is zoned Commercial-Office (C-2).

1.02 Consistent with Declarant's commitments as set forth in the precatory paragraphs of this Declaration, Declarant has made provision for certain Agreements with the proposed purchaser of the described commercial tract to preserve and enhance the integrity and purposes of the planned unit development.

1.03 Agreements memorialized with respect to the commercially zoned parcel herein described include provisions for maintenance and upkeep of signage and entrance shrubbery, masonry and irrigation; restrictions on usage of property and architectural control.
