Vacant Lots

There are 13 vacant lots in the Longwood Green HOA all of which are potential future home sites. All lots are privately owned and are not available for use by homeowners without the consent of the lot owners. Please do not dump garbage, yard waste or leave your personal items on these lots. Lot maintenance is the responsibility of the lots owners which includes regular mowing, maintenance of structures and cleanup of weeds, tree limbs, garbage, etc. Homeowners should not park vehicles on vacant lots such that it interferes with or blocks access required by mowing crew to maintained the lots . Complaints about vehicle parking or lack of proper maintenance of the vacant lots may be reported to the HOA's contracted property manager, Specialty Management.

Vacant lots are highlighted below in green. Lot numbers are:

Longwood Green: Lots 26, 28, 29, 42, 71, 72, 77, 78, 79 - NOTE: Lots 24 and 61 are no longer vacant and have homes on them.

Oaks of Longwood Green: Lots 3, 52, 53, 54

NOTE: The following VACANT LOTS were identified as not meeting minimal standards for the community during a 06-15-2017 community inspection.

NOTE: Based on the Covenants and in consideration for "fairness" of expenses related to weekly landscaping of the community the Board made a decision to split the landscape maintenance costs between the vacant lot owners and the HOA base on linear percentage of all lands that are a part of the landscape maintenance agreement.  Click HERE for the specifics of the Board resolution.
